Directions:1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Dry well. 2. Twist off the plastic lancet cap from the top of a Soft Touch Lancet.
3. With a quick firm motion, prick the side of a cleansed fingertip with the lancet.
4. Gently squeeze the finger to obtain a drop of blood for testing.
5. Used lancets should be discarded in a puncture-proof container to avoid injury.
