The Histamine Blocker. Relieves Itches Due to Poison Ivy, Oak & Sumac. (4 fl. oz.)
Topical Analgesic. Benadryl Extra Strength Gel stops your itch at the source by blocking the histamine that causes itch. It contains the maximum amount of diphenhydramine hydrochloride for times when you need extra strength itch relief. It provides local anesthetic itch and pain relief. Benadryl Itch Stopping Gel blocks the histamine hydrocortisone can't!
Directions:Shake well. Adults and children 12 years of age and older. Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children under 12 years of age consult a physician.
Indications:For the temporary relief of itching and pain associated with insect bites, minor skin irritations and rashes due to poison ivy, poison oak or poison sumac.
Warnings:For External Use Only. Do not use on chicken pox, measles, blisters or on extensive areas of skin, except as directed by a physician. Avoid contact with the eyes. If condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use of this product and consult a physician. Do not use any other drugs containing diphenhydramine while using this product. Keep this and all drugs Out Of Reach Of Children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
Store at room temperature 15-30 degrees C ( 59-86 degrees F).
